LONDON, Nov. 8. The political correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the Government is shortly introducing a Biill establishing a National Investment Board to control all private and public investment. The Government’s policy is that money available for investment shall be compulsorily irted to undertakings held to be mdst needing new or added capital, with the maximum help going to companies facing the heaviest competition in overseas markets.
