New Zealanders Play for Duntroon
SYDNEY, August 12. Down 15—6 late in the second half, the Duntroon Royal Military College team, which included 5 New Zealanders, finished brilliantly against a combined great public schools’ team at North Sydney oval to go under by only one point, 15—14. The Duntroon team was captained by the New Zealander, R. H. Linton, and the other New Zealanders were C. A. Kibblewhitc, J. Harvey, B. M. Poananga and I. H. Finlay. The star player of the match, which was watched bv 12,000, was Kibblewhite.
