Mr. H. M. Scott was in the chair at a meeting of the Manawatu Rugby Union, in the absence of the president (Mr. A. M. Ongley). Mr. B. The junior representative team to play Horowhenua on Saturday week is:—Richards, Weston (Marist Old Boys South), Collier (Old Boys), Armstrong (High School), Ryan (Marist Old Boys Soutn, captain), Lockyer, New (Old Boys), Adlin (Longburn), London (Feilding Old Boys), x J epper, McGarry (Kia Toa), Maeuonaid (Marist Old Boys South), True Old Boys), Nicuols (Old Boys), Woods (Bunnythorpe). Emergencies: Backs, Holloway (Longourn;, Fotuury (Old Boys); forwards, H. O’Connor (Marist Old Boys North), Hill (Longourn), Doolan (Marist Old Boys South). The management committee of the Wellington tcugby Union, at a meeting, decided to send its junior representative team to Palmerston North on September 16 to play a match against the Manawatu junior team.
