Military Ball

Attention is drawn elsewhere to the Military Ball which eventuates on Wednesday, September 29 at the A.N.A. Ballroom. There will be continuous music from two orchestras, Cliff Anderson’s eight-piece orchestra and the Army Dance Band. Dancing will be from eight till one (or later) and amongst the attractions will be the holding of two provincial ballroom dancing championships, the quickstep and old-time waltz. The funds are for an especially deserving cause, promoting entertainment in camps in this district. There is usually one ball each year which overshadows all others. This is "the" one.
