Here in New Zealand we produce the most wonderful food in the world MILK and then we don’t drink enough of it. We must take more milk to build healthy bodies, strong teeth and bones, sturdy muscles. You need milk from before you are born till old age. Children need 3 to 4 glasses a day J adults need 2. The bad teeth of New Zealand are partly due to our neglect of Milk. It may also lead to rickets and bone malformations in children. You can’t balance your diet without enough Milk. Of course, it need not be drunk 'straight*. With some children it is easier to give them Milk in soups, custards, puddings and flavoured drinks. Be sure your milk is pasteurised nothing essential is lost, and your Milk is germ-free. If you can’t get as much milk as you need, use powdered skim milk for cooking, MILK the master key to health. FOR A HEALTHIER NATION
