License to Sell Hop Beer
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 3. Few people knew it was necessary to get a license to make hop beer for sale, said counsel for James McGill, who appeared before Air. Levien, *S.AI.. and pleaded guilty to manufacturing hop i beer for sale without a licence. The ; alcoholic content was under 3 per cent., \ said counsel.
