Sympathy was expressed yesterday by Mrs. J. Barsanti, president of the Palmerston North branen of the League of Mothers with Mesdames E. W. Drake (secretary), Wass and Cowling, who are in hospital, also Mesdames Longley, Beatson and Matthews, who ai'e indisposed. Visitors to Palmerston North for the Monro-Seifert wedding yesterday included Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Monro (Masterton) parents of the bridegroom, Lieut, and Mrs. N. Smith (Wellington), Miss D. Nicholls (Wellington) aunt of the bridegroom, Mrs. I. C. Richardson, the bride’s grandmother, and Mrs. J. B. Hamilton (Waipawa).
