5 CUT OUT THIS PANEL FOR YOUR RECIPE BOOK Apple Chocolate Pudding Grease a pudding basin well and sprinkle a tablespoons brown sugar over it. Roll out 8 ox. short pastry, line basin. Mix a tablespoons cold water with a tablespoons brown sugar and a tablespoons Bournville Cocoa, and fill basin with x lb. sliced apples. Cover with pastry. Cover with greased paper and bake in good oven. Serve hot with whipped cream flavoured with X teaspoon cocoa, or with a chocolate sauce. Chocolate Diamonds i lb. flout, 4 ox. butter, I oz. Bournville Cocoa, a ox. .ugar, i teaspoon Baking Powder, I egg (well beaten), pinch .alt, and a little milk. Rub butter into dry ingredients and mix with egg and milk. Cut into diamonds and bake in moderate oven. When cold, join together with filling made of 1 ox. butter, ) ox. icing sugar, and flavour with vanilla. Bournville Cocoa still at pre-war | prices.
