Apiti
(From Our Own Correspondent.) Lance Hogan, an Apitl High School boy, had the misfortune last Friday morning to fall on the eonereto playground, which was coated with frosen snow, and suffer a fractured bone in his right arm. He had to spend a few days in town undergoing treatment for his injury. Mrs. Cowie, of Wellington, is staying with Mrs. McNicol helping to nurse their mother, Mrs. Bottcher, who has somewhat improved from her serious illness. Farmers throughout the district are now taking full advantage of the fine spell to complete the much-delayed crutchlng. Heavy frosts have been experienced in Apiti for the past few mornings.
