Rangiwahia
(From Our Own Correspondent.) To open yet another year of activities the Rangiwahia District School took part in a swimming carnival. The chief events resulted:—High School championship, Campbell Mills 1, Doreen Tompkins 2; Junior championship, Douglas Mills 1, Merville Stent 2. Last Wednesday saw a very good crowd present at the Annual School Sports. Opportunity was taken by Ml*. Bashier to make a presentation to Mi. and Mrs. Mills and family who have left to reside at Oroua Downs. A welcome was also extended Mr. Ferrand. secondary department teacher.
