Japanese Super-sub.
Received Wednesday, 8.50 p.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 27. Japan has produced four super-sub-marines combining armament with large passenger and cargo capacity, according to reports received from the Korean National Front Association. A large number is scheduled for early completion. The submarines are believed to be of 4500 tons gross, with a cruising range of 20,000 miles. They mount four six-inch guns and two collapsible planes. One travelled to Europe and returned to Japan carrying 300 German aeroplane and shipbuilding experts.
