(From Our Own Correspondent.) At tho annual meeting of the Hall Committee the retiring committee w r as re-elected as follows:—Mesdames Vincent, W. E. Baker, W. E. Hills, W. P. Bickers, Misses L. Vincent, N. Wishnowsky, Messrs. W. E. Baker, W. E. Hills, W. P. Bickers, A. Wishnowsky, A. E. Pearson, W. D. R. Baker and T. A. Shalders The retiring chairman, Mr. T. A. Shalders, did not seek re-election and Mr. W. D. R. Baker was elected in his place. The secretary-treasurer is yet to be elected from the committee. The first card evening of the season is to commence on April 22 at 8 p.m. and in future all proceeds will be donated to the soldiers’ parcel fund. At the April meeting of the Women’s Fellowship Mrs. Thompson presided. Mesdames A. Laing, Bickers and Jlislop were the recipients of birthday congratulations. Competitions arranged by Mrs. Hislop were won .by Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Portch. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames A. Humphrey and G. Signal and tho hostesses for the May meeting will be Mesdames Portch and Pearson, and the social steward will be Mrs. Humphrey.
