Dinah Dhu had no trouble in beating Jolly Time over a half-mile up the back in 48 4-5. Jolly Time is a doubtful starter in the Stewards’ Handicap. Battledress was too good for Blue Border in a run over seven furlongs in 1.29 4-5, the pair taking 40 2-ssecs for the first three furlongs.
