Normal Publicity For Divorce Cases
Per Press Association. NAPIER, Aug. 7. Holding that divorce cases should receive proper normal publicity, Judge Northcroft to-day referred to Wanganui, an action "in which Wanganui parties were concerned. Counsel for petitioner said the family was well Known in Wanganui, and it was the desire of the father not to have the case talked of before the children.
His Honour said there was no thought of impropriety on the part of counsel, but he commented that, the reason given a very proper one and added that the proceedings should receive all the proper normal publicity.
