21 Flying Fortresses Arrive at Hawaii
AMERICA ’ S GIBRALTAR READY FOR ANYTHING
Received Thursday, 11.80 p.m. WASHINGTON, May 15. Twenty-one longe-range Flying Fortresses to-day made a mass flight from San Francisco to Hawaii. These planes will patrol the Pacific within a radius of a thousand miles from Pearl Harbour which is described as America's Gibraltar and is now prepared for any possible attack.
