Duke Well Known as Boxer
EVEREST PLIGHT The Duke of Hamilton, who succeeded to the title last year on the death of his father, is perhaps best known as the Marquess of Clydesdale. He is a noted aviator, and ooe of his feats was the flight over Everest. His recreation is boxnig. The duke, who is 33 years of age, is a squadron leader in the City oi Glasgow ii Squadron of the Auxiliary Air Force. A younger Mother, Lord Malcolm Douglas Hamilton, toured New Zealand in 1938 as a guide to a party of English public school boys. While in the Dominion ho did a certain amount of ; flying and in Feilding in February of that year lie gave an exhibition of neroIbatics of a standard that has never been 'excelled in the Dominion.
