SHIPPING DIVIDENDS
(Rec. 1. 12.45) LONDON, April 30. The P. and O. Shipping Company has announced a 5 per cent, dividend on preferred stock for the six months ended on March 31 and an interim dividend of 2 per cent on deferred stock for the year ending on September 30.
