In view of the large number of Home Guardsmen in Feilding for tho parade on {Saturday afternoon the women’s patriotic organisations have agreed to provide light refreshments at the close of the parade. Country units as well as tkoso of Feilding are manifesting considerable interest in this, the first sub-area parade since the Home Guard movement was organised in the Feilding district. It is hoped to be able to conclude proceedings with a parade through tile, town, led by the Feilding Municipal Band.
