Members of the Women’s War. Service Auxiliary attending the child care class are asked to meet at 'the * ‘ Times ’' office to-night following physical exercises, instead of the Plunket rooms. Members of St. Paul’s Church choir chose an unusual bat happy way of honouring two of their members who are contemplating matrimony. Misfl Ada Cresswell, who has been a vaulcd member of the choir for mnay years, is to be married this week. Mr. C. B. Radcliffe, organist, is also marrying shortly. Both had surprise visits paid to them at their homes by the choir. In making suitable presentations, Air. A. Tregurtlia voiced felicitations, expressing hopes that the future would hold a store of happiness for both recipients.
