The Oroua Bowling Club officially closed its season on Saturday afternoon, when members and some visitors indulged in friendly play. Padre Hart, of Ohakea Air Force Station, who preached the Auzac Day sermon at St. John’s Church, Feilding, stated that he had attended many Anzae services but had never experienced anything to equal that which the returned soldiers staged in Feilding.
