Miscellaneous Programme At Girls’ Music Club

St. Andrew’s schoolroom was brightly decorated with asters, zinnias and geri beras last evening for the opening of tho 1911 season of the Palmerston I North Girls’ Music Club, when a miscellaneous programme was enjoyed. Miss E. Rawlins presided, and voicing her pleasure in tho occasion offered a welcome to members and visitors.

Revere; violin, “Czardas” (Monti), Mrs. F. Chittenden; [vocal, “Charming Chloe” (German) and ‘'Golden Slumbers’’ (17th Century), Miss G. Laurenson; piano, Rhapsody No. 2 (Brahms), Miss M. Anderson.
