Russian Military Inventor Found Shot
NEW YORK, Feb. 24. Michael Borislavs ky, aged 55, a form-er-colonel in the Czarist army and the inventor of military devices the War Department is reported to have been studying, is reported to have BTH TH studying, was found dead on a footpah to-day. He had been shot through an eye.
