Nausbaum Appeals Against Disqualification
CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 15. The appeal of B. Nausbaum against the life disqualification imposed on him by tho Canterbury district committee last week will be heard in Wellington next Friday before Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C., Messrs. H. F. Nicoll and J. R. L. Stanford, who have been appointed judges by tho president of the Racing Conference (Mr. A. 8. Elworthy). 8. Nausbaum, who is in partnership with his son, has appealed against tlie disqualification of the horses raced by the Uqrtnoi'siiip. „
