Escaped German Vessel Sighted
Received Friday, 0.40 p.m. BARRANQUILLA (Columbia), Oc‘t. 31. The pilot of a plane is reported to havo sightod the Heligoland, which slipped out of Puerto, Colombia Bay, on Tuesday night without notifying tho authorities, carrying 330 Germans, including 20 aviators and mechanics from tho defunct Scadta airline, outside territorial waters accompanied by another ship.
