Switzerland Becomes Shipowner
15 VESSELS CHARTERED FROM NEUTRALS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 23. The Swiss radio announces that Switzerland has chartered 15 ships totalling 115,000 tons for tho duration of the war from countries likely to remain neutral. They will bear Swiss markings but will not fly the Swiss flag. Tho Government has instituted a Bureau of Marine Transport on which the port commissioners of Genoa and Marseilles will sit.
