Delegates at First Meeting
JAPAN TO PRESENT CONCRETE DEMANDS TOKIO, July 23. Japan will present concrete demands on tho Tientsin issuo at tho iirst plenary session, which will open tomorrow morning. The British delegates will be Sir Robert Craigic, Major Herbert, ConsulGeneral at Tientsin and Major-General Piggott, military attache at Tokio, and the Japanese delegates will be Mr. Kotah (Minister at Large in China), Mr. Tanaka (Consul-General at Tientsin), Major-General Muto, Colonel Kawamura, Lieutenant-Colonel Ohta and Major Seijchi. Lieutenant-Colonel Ohta and military officials have been specially recalled from Tientsin. Mr. Arita will attend only if necessary.
