Body Being Examined
MIGHT BE THAT OF MRS. PATIENCE Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH. July 22. The partly-decomposed body of < woman, which was found on Taratuui beach, two miles north of the Public Works Department camp at Claverley, on Thursday, has been brought tc Christchurch, and is now in the morgue at the public hospital. Dr. Pearson, pathologist at the hospital, is making an examination of the body in view of the suggestion that the body might be that of Mrs Parriet Jane Patience, who disappeared on October 4 ’from the Public Works camp at Claver ! ley. The police asked Mr Arthur John Patience, husband of the missinp woman, to view the body, but owing to the decomposition of the features, he was unable to Identify the body definitely as that of his wife
