SUPREME COURT DECREES Further divorce petitions came before the Hon. Mr. Justice Blair in the Palmerston North Supreme Court yesterday. Laura Lena Mander, of Marton (Mr. A. B. Loughnan), asked for a decree nisi in. respect of Wm. C. Mander, accountant, of Hastings, to whom she was married on November 23, 1922, and from whom sho separated on May 2, 1936. Tho petition was granted, to be made aboluto after three months. Separation for more than three years was also pleaded by John Ralph Kitt, warehouseman, of Wanganui (Mr. Loughnan), in asking for a decree nisi in respect of his witc, Mabel Kitt, o, Hastings. The parties were married on September 26, 1906, but separated on February 7, 1936. The petition was granted, to be made absolute after three months. In asking for a decree nisi, Raymond Walter Swanger, salesman, of Wellington (Mr. A. M. Ongley) stated that his wife, Ivy May Swanger, of Dannevirke, had failed to comply with an order of the Court made in February last to return to him. The petition was granted, to be moved absolute after three months, interim custody of the child of the marriage being given respondent. Bertha S. Doney, of Ekotahuna (Mr. Ongley), pleaded more than three years separation from Percival Roy Doney draper, of Greytown, whom she marrieu on January 6, 1915. The parties separated on July 12, 1935. The decree nisi asked for was granted, to be movec, absolute after three months.
