From Our Own Correspondent,
Mr and Mrs. A. McCulloch are spending a holiday in the South Island.
Mr. and Mrs. D. Barron were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Simpson and have left again for their home in Waverley. Mrs. Lawrence, of Wanganui, is visiting her sister, Mrs. S. Morris.
Miss Alice Wild, of Petone, has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Wild, and was also a guest at Miss L. Gore s wedding.

Mrs. E. A. Shaw .accompanied by Mrs. M- Kinnon, of Hastings, has been a visitor during race week to Wellington.
A welcome is extended Mr. and Mrs. Peach and family, who are new residents,
Mrs. W. Burberry and her son Hector have left to take up their residence ir Marton.
