Intensified Bomb Outrages Planned
DISCHARGED PRISONER’S REVELATIONS United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, July 8. The police are watching London buildings during the week-end owing to the discovery of a pamphlet circulated in England and Ireland detailing the progress of the Irish Republican Array’s campaign, declaring that bomb outrages will be increased and cmj)hasising that the training of the present campaigners will bo invaluable when England's difficulties increase. The pamphlet denies that German gold is financing the campaign and points out that if American skill and German, technicians had been available the results would have been more proficient. The pamphlet threatens an intensification of tho operations in revenge for any act of English aggression. It adds that 100 members of the Irish Republican Army have been captured and three lost through an explosion. A prisoner discharged from Dartmoor gave Scotland Yard information of further intended outrages planned in prison affecting London and the provinces.
