From Our Own Correspondent. Cribbage Pj} Monday evening last the members Ox the Dunolly Cribbage Club visited our ocal elub and were successful in winning the match by 26 games to 24. Ping Pong The usual weekly evening of the ping pong club was held last Tuesday evening, when a fair attendance of members was present. Many close games were played and proved ideal practice for all. Personal Mrs\ Parker, .South iTarra, Australia, who has been the guest of her brother, Mr. L. Cole, for some time, is now staying with her daughter, Mrs. Monteith, of Auckland. The sympathy of the district is extended lo Mrs. J. Whitehead in her recent sad bereavement. Miss D. Willis and Miss G. Rickman, of xWarton, were the guests last week ol the formers’ sister, Mrs. M. Winder, "Fairlea.” Miss Clere, “Ormesly,” returned last week from a short holiday spent in Masterton and Wellington. Mrs. I. Marshall recently left for Rotorua by car, accompanying her sister, Mrs. D. Davies, who is visiting her son, Mr. J. Davies, who is at present seriously ill in the Rotorua Hospital.
