Monster A. and P. Ball
Considerable interest will be aroused by the announcement that the Alanawatu A. and P. Association is to hold a monster ball at the Showgrounds on the evening of July 17. It has been found necessary to alter the date and that is the one selected by the committee in charge of the arrangements. There will be up-to-the-minute decorations in keeping with the high standard set in recent years by the association. Everybody has been waiting for this function, which is one of the main attractions of the social year in the Alanawatu, and those responsible for its organisation are out to maintain the reputation that has ben established in the past. The music will be the best, obtainable. The supper will be supplied by donations from members of tho A. and P. Association and will be organised by the usual energetic
