Scottish Regiment
MEMBERS SWORN IN Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The swearing iu of members of the newly-formed Wellington Company, New Zealand Scottish Regiment, took place in the Drill Hull, Buckle Street, to-night. The responsibilities which they took upon themselves iu joining up were explained to the recruits aud best wishes were extended for their future success. Each of the 125 recruits took the oath of allegiance and at tho conclusion of the formal proceedings the company was organised into platoons. Later the company was entertained by the Wellington branch of tho New Zealand Scottish Regimental Association.
