Agreement to Obtain Czech Oil Resources CZECH-SLOVAK TENSION United Press Association.—By Electrlo Telegraph.—Copyright. Recoived Alonday, 8.5 p.m. PRAGUE, Alarch 6. An agreement giving Germany the exclusive right of oil production in Czechoslovakia is reported to have been signed. The Prague correspondent of The Times says that tension is growiug between Prague and Bratislava, but the temporarily interrupted negotiations are to bo resumed to-morrow. Meanwhile the Slovak separatist tendencies, which Germany is believed to support, retard consolidation of tho republic, upon which Herr Hitler insists as a preliminary to guaranteeing the Czeclio-Slovak frontiers. The Hliuka Guard, which is regarded as tho nucleus of the Slovak army, mishandled Cathplic priests and ransacked Jewish shops in the health resort of Pistany.
