Visiting Golfer Again Beaten
VON NIDA ONE UP ON LOCKE United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 11.20 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 6. Bobby Locke suffered his second defeat since his arrival in Sydney, when, in a challenge match over 18 holes at La Perouse to-day, Norman Von Nida beat him one up. The match is reported to have been for £SO a-side. Locke, after a bad start, as with Ferrier, fought back magnificently, despite at one stage being three down.
