Patrolling the Pacific.—Recently the United States Navy engaged in war games in the Pacific specially designed to test the defences against possible aggression. The manoeuvres were the most comprehensive ever carried out in that area. Strict secrecy was observed and this is a picture of U.S.S. Arizona taken from U.S.S. Pennsylvania, flagship of the fleet, “somewhere in the Pacific.”
