TWENTY-THIRD ANNUAL REPORT Tho twenty-third annual report of the Mangawhata Dairy Company presented by the directors, states that the company suffered the misfortune of having its factory and men’s quarters destroyed by lire on January 14, 1938. Acting under instructions from the shareholders, the directors proceeded with the erection of a new factory, and this was ready for the opening of the new season on August 1. The directors desired to thank those cheese companies which assisted them by handling their supply until the new building was ready. (2) In respect of the current year, 1937-38, the dairy produce unsold at balance date was nil. It is estimated that tho Season’s average payout to suppliers per pound of butterfat (all grades) would bo 15.61 d. It was not proposed to pay a .dividend on share capital.
