Distributing Co., Ltd., Feilding, advise having received the following cable from their London office:— “Lamb: Domestic supplies heavy, while for imported supplies consumption is lower. The outlook is favourable. Average Smithfield prices:—Down 2’s, BJd; B’s, BJd; 4’s, 73d. Prime 2’s, 81 to Bfd; B’s, 8d to 8 I-Sd; 4’s, 7 5-8 d to 73d. Seconds, 7 l-8d to 73d.
