To-day’s Recipe
HOT PLUM TAPIOCA One fourth cup granulated sugar, oneeighth teaspoon salt, three tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca, one 12-ounce tin plum juice, one tablespoon butter or margarine, cream. Combine the sugar, salt, tapioca, and plum juice in a double boiler. Cook over hot water for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add butter. Serve with cream. Serves three or four.
