Control of Wages
NEW NAZI DECREE LONDON, June 28. The Times Berlin correspondent says that, supplementing the recent labour conscription decree, the Government has taken control of all wages, establishing minimum and maximum standards, and supervising the working conditions in order, by levelling wages, to overcome the difficulty of manning {State projects when private exceed State rates. Labour may compulsorily be enlisted, but this is not at present contemplated, owing to tho possibility of antagonising public opinion.
