Something New in House Linen
Printed linen sheets are being sold in a famous Paris linen shop. They are of white linen with a close all-over pattern of tiny pink or blue flowers. ♦Scalloped hems finish both top and bottom sheets of these pairs. There are also pastel coloured sheets with patterns of white spots and plain hems, pale rose linen sheets with borders, and appliqued designs of pink satin, and matching pillow cases, crcpe-dc-chine sheets patterned with little rosebuds, and, most luxurious of all, sheets of handkerchief linen with lines of gold metal threads woven into the hems.
