Two Sons Charged With Murder of Fathers
REMAND AT AUCKLAND Par Press Association. AUCKLAND, Last Night. The hearing of the charge against Francis Robert Spensley, aged 19, of murdering his father at Swanson on February 6 will commence at the Police Court on April 13. When Spensley appeared on remand this morning, Detective-Sergeant Nalder asked for a further remand. The Magistrate (Mr. F. K. Hunt): Y'ou will be going on with it then, won 7 t you? Detective-Sergeant Nalder: Yes, sir. DATE OF HEARING FIXED Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The police announced their intention of proceeding with the murder charge on April 11 when Roland Leslie Kay appeared la the Magistrate's Court to day charged with the murder of his father, John Kay.
