Alternatively it suggests that Britain recognises that conditions in Austria were a danger point in Europe, the elimination of which has relieved her-one anxiety. VOTING AT SEA GERMANS IN AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, April 4. Mere than 200 Germans and Austrian citizens to-day will sail ont of the port in the German steamer Neckar and beyond the three-mile limit will record their votes in the plebiscite for Austrian and German union. Similar arrangements have been made in other parts of Australia. HUNGARY WARNS TROUBLEMAKERS BUDAPEST, April 3. Admiral Horthy (Regent of Hungary) in a broadcast, warned troublemakers attempting to exploit the uneasiness due to the Austro-German union. t He added: 1 'Nothing has happened to disturb Hungary's calm; on the contrary that the two friends of this country should become united was sooner or later inevitable. 7 '
