Larcomb expressed the club's regret at the departure of a popular member and presented Mr. Rabone with a set of gold dress studs. It was interesting to note, he said, how many members of the club in recent years had been able to undertake a holiday trip abroad, and said it augured well for any bowler who joined the club —there was always the possibility that fortune would so shine on him that he would bo able to go away on an extended tour. Mr. Rabone thanked the members for their good wishes and expressed appreciation of the happy time he had enjoyed as a member and president of the club. HOME AND AWAY MATCHES
