Anglo-Italian Talks Opened
•RESPECTING MUTUAL RIGHTS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, March 15. The Rome correspondent of the Daily Mail states that AngloItalian conversations were officially opened when Count Ciano welcomed Lord Perth, marking the beginning of a bid for the resumption of the historical Anglo-Italian relations. It is understood that mutual undertakings will be given to respect the mutual rights and interests of the two nations on a basis of equality in the Mediterranean, and also regarding the frontiers between Abyssinia and British territory.
