At the fortnightly luncheon of the Business Girls' Club held yesterday at the Jade tea-rooms. Miss M. Richards was welcomed as a visitor and pleasure was expressed in the return to the eluh of Miss R. Elliott.

Morton, Auckland, left Toulon on February 15 on the Letitia with Sir Henry Lunn ’» Helenic cruise party cn route for Sicily, Cyprus, Athens, Istanbul, Palestine and Syria, states tho Post’s (Wellington) correspondent in London. The cruise will include many extension tours, among the most notable being visits to Ur of tho Chaldees, Baalback, the Crusaders’ castles, and Petra, in Arabia. Miss Morton expects to make the latter tour and also to visit the Holy L&nd and Damascus. The cruise will extend over a month, and among the passengers are Dean Inge, Mr. LL V. Morton, and the Dean of Durham.
