103,000 DOLLARS AT STAKE United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright Received Sunday, 7.30 p.m. NEW YORK, March 11. The State authorities arrested Whitney and charged him with stealing 103,000 dollars’ worth of securities from the New York Yacht Club. Bail was fixed at 25.000 dollars.
