Pyjama Girl Murder Mystery
HOPEFUL INFORMATION REACHES POLICE Uaitsd Press Association—By Electric Telearapa.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 11.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, ± eb. 24. Detectives are still engaged investigating the “pyjama girl" case and have established contact with <J. W. Lynch, principal of Lynch family of bellringers, wnu is practically certain, according to photographs shown him of the dead girl, that her name is Nancy Ling, of fi>an Francisco, who in Idol came to Australia with the magician, Carter the Great, and toured Tasmania, Victoria and bydney. Lynch, who was with the company, left them m Tasmania. The company toured the East and then disbanded after leaving {Singapore. Carter died in Louth Africa.
The police regard Lynch’s story us most promising and have invited him to Sydney to view the girl’s oody, •which is preserved in a glass case ut the University Medical {School.
