Methodists Pleased With Peace Talk
HIGH COMMISSIONER PRAISED WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. A resolution expressing appreciation of the utterances of the High Commissioner, Hon. W. J. Jordan, in support of peace at Geneva was carried by the Methodist Conference when the committee’s report on peace was adopted. The committee recommended that church members study the subject of peace in relation to Christianity and presented lists of both non-pacifist and pacifist literature suitable for this purpose.
