Thursday were for the most part restored to-day, but further heavy rain over a wide area lato in the afternoon caused complications and further blockages on a number of main routes. Though a number of roads on the east coast in the north we:re still blocked, those on the west coast were open and all rail services had been resumed. Extremely heavy Tain fell for about two hours this afternoon.
